How to read your Switch Score
- 0–39 (RED): Strong signal to stay. Things are mostly working — switching now likely means giving up a good situation.
- 40–69 (YELLOW): Mixed. One or two factors hurt. Fix those internally first (raise, role change) before jumping.
- 70–100 (GREEN): Strong signal to switch. Multiple core factors are broken — the grass probably is greener.
Important: never switch for money alone. A 30% hike in a toxic role costs you far more than it pays. Weight culture, growth & manager heavily.
