How business days are counted
Both the start and end date are included in the calendar-day count. Every date that falls on a Saturday or Sunday is removed to get the business-day total. If the end date is before the start date, the result shows how many business days have already passed.
Tip for SLAs: "delivery in 5 business days" means Mon–Fri only. A Friday evening promise usually lands mid-next-week — count the business days here to pin the real date.
